Trenton was competing against thousands of other NHS members across the Unites States.
The scholarship award total is $3200. The Rock Hill Local Chapter is very proud of this award as it proclaims the strength of our local chapter and the work they do to give back to the community .
He is the son of Tinessa Williams and John Jenkins and the grandson of Michael Williams and the late Andrea Williams.
Trenton has participated in football, basketball, baseball, science club, the Tribe Leadership Team, Prom Committee, local, district, and state Science Day, is a College Credit Plus Student, member of the National Society of High School Scholars, the Kitts Hill Willing Workers 4-H Club President, Lawrence County 4-H Teen Leaders Vice President, a 5 year 4-H camp counselor, a member of the Portsmouth Post 23 baseball team, and has completed over 2000 hours of community service throughout high school.
College plans/degree: plans to attend college and major in veterinary medicine.
