Any Junior High boy wishing to play football needs to be at the Junior High at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday for equipment and open field.
Rock Hill elementary cross country will have their first practice July 29th at 7:00pm at the middle school. We welcome Any elementary aged youth! Come and be a part of a great, successful program.
The Rock Hill Youth Recreation League will be holding its final sign up for football and fitting for uniforms this Saturday, July 24 from 9-12. This is for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade. You must be fitted for your uniform. Financial assistance is available if needed.
The Rock Hill Local School District will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday July 8, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Rock Hill Local School District board of education offices.
Any Jr. High Student wanting to play Football for the 2021-2022 school year there will be open field on Monday July 5th at 6:30 p.m.

The Lawrence County Health Department will be giving second round Covid-19 vaccinations today for ages 12 and up in the cafeteria at Rock Hill Middle School from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
There will also be first and second doses of Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson vaccines available to anyone in the community at this time also.
The Lawrence County Health Department will be at the Middle School tomorrow June 15th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. to give out second round COVID Vaccinations to anyone that received their first round in May. They will also have extra vaccinations for anyone 12 and up wanting to receive their first vaccine.
Summer Intervention second session started today at the Elementary. This is for 2nd and 3rd grades. School bus pick ups start at 7:15 a.m. If you are dropping your child off you will need to do that at their wing and not before 8:25 a.m. Also, if you have a child who needs to ride the bus and is not currently being picked up please contact your school and let them know so they can reach out to the Transportation Director.

The Rock Hill Local School District Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting on June 10, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. at the Board of Education office, 2325a County Road 26 Ironton Ohio, with some or all board members may choose to participate remotely via remote technology. While the general public will not be permitted in-person access to the Board meeting due to the Covid 19 restrictions put in place by the governor’s office, the public may access the Board of Education meeting via livestream. Anyone can view the meeting on Rock Hill Local School District Facebook page. Anyone wishing to speak with the board in person must make arrangements with the superintendent at least 72 hours before the meeting.
Rock Hill Middle School Summer School will still operate as normal during the days the high school is in training. This will not affect the middle school schedule.

There will be Volleyball open gym from 6 to 7:30 tonight for any high school student who is wanting to play volleyball for the upcoming school year. Open gym will be held at the the middle school.

If your child rides the bus, please make sure he is at his bus stop in plain sight by 7:15 A.M. That is when the buses will be beginning their routes.
